🐾 Returns, Exchanges & The Paw-licies

At Greysome, we want tails wagging and whiskers approving.
If something feels a little off, here’s how we handle it.

🐶 Exchanges — 7 Day Tail-Wag Window

You’ve got 7 days from delivery to request an exchange.

If the fit isn’t quite fetching or you need a different size, no worries — just let us know within 7 days.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unworn (no park runs yet 🐕)
  • Finee... We are good with some pet hair (But Please not a lot )
  • Unused (no couch takeovers 🛋️)
  • With original tags attached
  • In its original packaging (Just don't let your pet use it as a toy)

Once approved, you’ll need to ship the item back to our warehouse.
(Return address will be shared after approval.)

Please don’t send items back without contacting us first — surprise parcels make Grey nervous, and she immediately assumes they’re her new toys(Sorry not Sorry)

Return shipping is handled by the customer.

Once the piece reaches us and passes a quick quality sniff-check 🐾, we’ll send out your exchange.

🐾 Damages or Wrong Item?

When your order arrives, give it a quick inspection — like a cat judging a new roommate.

If you receive:

  • A defective piece

  • A damaged item

  • The wrong product

Email us immediately at greysome.info@gmail.com and we’ll sort it out.

We’ll review the situation and guide you through the next steps.

💛 Refunds (Manufacturing Defects Only)

We don’t offer refunds for sizing issues or change-of-heart moments.No backsies the good deed is sealed! 

However, if there’s a genuine manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right with a full refund.

Here’s how it works:

  • Send the item back in original condition

  • We’ll perform a quality check

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days

(Your bank may take a few extra days to stretch and process it.)

If it’s been more than 15 business days after approval and you haven’t received your refund, reach out to us.
